My background includes public school
teaching, and counseling in a variety of settings such
as K-12 schools, an in-patient psychiatric hospital, college
counseling centers, and private practice. In addition,
I have served as the Associate Dean of the College of
Education and Human Services at CMU. I am both a licensed
professional counselor and a fully licensed psychologist
in Michigan. Currently, I am involved with the Isabella
County Task Force on School Violence and am enthusiastically
presenting findings from almost two years of research
and visits to the sites of recent school violence.
