Originally from Western New York,
I came to CMU in the fall of 1988 after completing my
doctorate at Idaho State
University in Pocatello, Idaho. I had previously worked
in Wilderness/Adventure therapy programs for "youth at
risk" in New York and Indiana. My hobbies include biking,
golf, and family genealogy.
