I became a full-time faculty member
of the Counselor Education program in the fall of 1987.
Previous to that I spent 20 years as a public school teacher,
coach, and school counselor. I received my Doctorate in
Counselor Education from Western Michigan University in
1982. Being a native Michigander, I enjoy "going
up north" to my second home where I spend most of
my time on the deck reading. The Civil War, mystery novels,
and just about anything historical are my favorite topics.
